Shiatsu Therapy Shiatsu is a form of bodywork that is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The word shiatsu means "finger pressure." The techniques are administered over the clothes using mostly thumb pressure. Palms, elbows or feet may also be applied to areas. Exercising and correcting methods are used in conjunction with pressure to create a dynamic experience. A session will focus on correcting any imbalances or disharmonies that can manifest on a physical, emotional or energetic level. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, physical manifestations of pain are always rooted in a deeper disharmony in the body. Both aspects are addressed in order to have long term results.

Chi Nei TsangChi Nei Tsang is a form of abdominal massage that is rooted in Taoism. It focuses on clearing energetic and physical blockages in the abdomen so that the Chi (energy) can flow smoothly.
