The bodywork that I love to do starts with deep and intentional listening. Your feedback is encouraged and I empower my clients to communicate about what they need during the session. My perspective is rooted in Chinese Medicine, Anatomy & Physiology and Western Herbalism. I enjoy utilizing techniques from many modalities to address your specific concerns. I believe that our bodies are more receptive when we create space for change instead of force change. My hope is that you leave each treatment feeling more grounded, balanced and at ease. All bodies are welcome on my table.
