My work starts with deep and intentional listening to you and your body. My perspective is rooted in Chinese Medicine, Anatomy & Physiology and Western Herbalism. I enjoy utilizing techniques from many modalities to address your specific concerns. I believe that our bodies are more receptive when we invite space for change instead of force change. In that way, my work could be considered gentle but also deep. My hope is that you leave each treatment feeling more grounded, balanced and at ease. All bodies are welcome.
