My work starts with deep and intentional listening to you and your body. My perspective is rooted in Chinese Medicine, Anatomy & Physiology and Herbalism. I enjoy utilizing techniques from many modalities to address your specific concerns. I believe that our bodies are more receptive when we invite space for change instead of force change. In that way, my work could be considered gentle but also deep. My hope is that you leave each treatment feeling more grounded, balanced and at ease.

A few words about my values |
All identities are welcome in my practice. I strive to offer a safe and supportive environment for all clients regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, body size or ability.
I also acknowledge that I am a white able bodied individual who works with Chinese medicine and indigenous practices. I honor these lineages and have a deep respect for the many shoulders that my practice stands on. I am dedicated to dismantling systemic oppression and colonialism through my practice. |
